Things to consider upon delivery.

When your pool enclosure is delivered, it will come in a box and weigh approximately 300-370 kg. Please ensure you are ready to receive the delivery at the time you have booked with the driver, so that you/they are ready to unload it from the truck with assistance, a pallet jack, or other aids that may be needed depending on the conditions at the location where you ordered the pool enclosure. The driver is not obliged to assist with unloading.

Free home delivery.

As all parts for this pool enclosure make it a large order, we offer free home delivery – all the way to your door. Delivery applies to unloaded at the property line.

You, as the customer, are responsible for unloading.

A forklift, wheel loader, or crane truck is preferable for unloading.
