Shipping and delivery

VillaHome delivers products within Sweden. For certain products, delivery may also be available to other countries — current delivery options are shown at checkout.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is indicated on each product page and at the time of purchase. Delivery time may vary depending on the product, stock status, supplier, and delivery address.

Many products are typically delivered within a few business days, while larger or made-to-order products may have longer delivery times.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on orders over SEK 500, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

For orders under SEK 500, the current shipping cost is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Method

The delivery method depends on the product's size and weight:

  • Smaller packages are delivered to the nearest pickup point/agent
  • Larger and heavier products are delivered as home delivery or by freight
  • Delivery typically occurs as close to the residence as possible — to the door, driveway, or property line depending on the carrier and product

Any shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Large and Bulky Products

For larger products, such as outdoor furniture, pool products, greenhouses, hot tubs, or other bulky items, delivery may be made by freight. The carrier may contact you for notification before delivery.

Track Your Order

When your order is shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation to your email address. In most cases, a tracking number will be included, which you can use to follow your shipment.

If you have not received a notification but see via the tracking link that the package has arrived at the agent, you can pick up the package with the parcel ID/tracking number/serial number and identification.
