Planet Pool Solar Collector

The solar collector's surface area is 3.7m2 and heats your water up to 6 degrees.

To achieve a larger surface area exposed to the sun and heat your pool, multiple sets can be connected in series.

In Sweden, the sun emits approximately 800 W/m2.

Of this energy, we can utilize about 85%, meaning we have approximately 680 W/m2 available.

To harness this energy, you can easily install a solar collector.

The solar collector can be mounted on the ground or a rooftop; for optimal effect, the solar collector should be mounted facing south and perpendicular to the sun.

To conserve heat, we recommend using a thermal cover when the pool is not in use.

The pool's filter capacity should be at least 6m3/h, but if you mount the solar collector 2 meters above the water surface, at least 8m3/h is required.
