A combination of the latest technology and manual construction form the basis of every Ember stove. Its high quality and modern design already command a broad customer base. In order to meet the highest requirements of our customers, we are constantly developing and investing in new equipment. Continuous further training of our employees is a given. The high quality of our stoves is ensured, among much else, by state-of-the-art laser technology. In addition, raw materials of only the highest quality are used by trustworthy and reliable suppliers. Glass and refractory concrete are just two of the most important materials that play an important role.

All Ember stoves have a hermetically sealed air chamber that ensures efficient combustion. In addition, each stove has the possibility of fresh air supply so that no oxygen from the room is needed - ideal for modern self-sustaining houses. Each stove is made of steel, cast iron, combustion chamber and glass. A protective steel plate lets air circulate vertically through the back of the furnace. Thus, heating of the surface behind the furnace is avoided.

Due to technical characteristics, most efficient use is achieved with solid fuels. Air is introduced into the combustion chamber through primary and secondary air regulators. The primary air regulator starts combustion in the chamber, while secondary and tertiary air regulators ensure complete combustion and keep the glass door clean. The air is sucked through ducts that are located inside the furnace. Here, the air heats up before it enters the combustion chamber and thereby enhances the combustion. The fireproof glass allows the transfer of radiant heat from the combustion chamber into the environment. In addition to the thermal effect, the glass also offers a special visual effect and gives a clear view of the fire. Elements such as the handle, primary and secondary air regulators are made of stainless steel. Stainless steel is known for its low thermal conductivity. Therefore, these elements can be handled without the use of thermal gloves. Nowadays, stoves are installed in our houses not only as heat sources, but also visual highlights. Ember stoves’ modern design enriches every interior and creates a cozy atmosphere.
