Search for desired products either by using the search bar at the top of the homepage, to the right of the villahome logo. Or by clicking on the different Categories that appear when you click the Products menu button at the top left of the homepage. Click on the product image to read more about the product and its description. Click the green Add to cart button to add it to your shopping cart. Once the product is added to the cart, you can continue shopping for more products and fill the cart, you can also increase and decrease the number of products in your cart by clicking on Plus (+) or Minus (-), you can also remove a product from the cart by clicking Remove.
Once you have added the products you want to the cart, click on the Cart icon in the top right corner of the homepage and click the gray button View Cart if you want to view your cart or the green button Proceed to checkout if you want to go to the checkout.
At checkout
- Choose delivery address. Fill in your email address and delivery address in the empty fields. You can also add any discount code if you have one by entering the discount code in the empty field and clicking the green Apply button. This is completely optional. You do not need to create an account to shop with us, but if you already have an account, you can link the order to it by clicking Log in above the field where you enter your email address. You can also create a new account there. Otherwise, simply proceed by following the steps below. Once you have verified that all information is correct, click the green button Continue to delivery below on the screen.
- Choose shipping method. In this step, you choose the shipping option you want. In some cases, these are predetermined and cannot be selected or changed. Once you have chosen the shipping option, click the green button Continue to payment below on the screen.
- Choose Billing Address. Under Billing Address, you choose whether you want the billing address to be Same as delivery address or if you want to Use a different billing address. Once you have verified that you have entered the correct billing address, click the green button Review order below on the screen.
- Review order. Here you check the information you have entered in your order, for example, delivery address, payment information, and shipping method. If you want to change any of this, click Edit. Then you can freely edit in the fields that may be empty or partially filled. Once you have verified that all information is correct, click the green button Pay now below on the screen. You will now be redirected to Klarna's payment page.
- Complete your purchase. You are now logged in to Klarna and can make final choices for your payment. Simply click on the specific payment method you want and then on the Buy button at the bottom of the image. For bank payments, you may in some cases be redirected to your bank. For other options, your purchase has now been completed. Bank-ID verification may occur.
We have now received your order. An order confirmation will be sent directly to your email address as a confirmation of this. When your package is then shipped from the relevant supplier, you will receive another email with a Delivery Confirmation. This email will also contain information on how to track your package and when and where you can pick it up, if it arrives at a pick-up point.
