Honni is a modular Corten steel wood storage unit in a honeycomb shape, making it easily expandable.

The parts can be easily attached to each other, allowing you to choose the shape yourself.

How long does the rusting process take?

Upon delivery, Geroba's products often do not yet have the beautiful typical orange-brown color.

The formation of the rust layer begins after 2 to 3 weeks and is only complete after approximately 1.5 years.

The alternation between wet and dry weather is important for the formation of the protective layer.

The exact duration depends heavily on the weather and the location where you place the product.

Please note:

No product should remain on a flat work surface! (Place the Corten steel at an angle).

After drying, spray again to achieve an even surface.

After sufficient rust formation (after 24 hours), the surface can be rinsed thoroughly (low pressure) to remove any remaining product.

If in doubt, first test on a less visible test area.

For best results, allow 12 to 48 hours drying time, depending on the ambient temperature.
