The AARNI stall bar is a multi-functional training tool for strength training and gymnastics, featuring an innovative and elegant Scandinavian design. It's easy to adapt exercises with stall bars to different strength training levels, as the intensity of the workout can be varied by, for example, adjusting the angle of the body.

Stall bars are a great way to get the whole family moving. Stall bars are excellent training tools for adults, but they are also great for children who want to develop their mobility, coordination, balance, and strength. Additionally, they can provide endless fun for the whole family!

Thanks to the horizontal distance of the top section, AARNI stall bars enable a wider range of exercises than traditional stall bars and are optimal for performing, for example, pull-ups and various abdominal exercises to strengthen the core.

AARNI stall bars are 30 mm thick, and the round shape of the rungs and upper handles provides a natural and comfortable firm grip. For more detailed information and measurements, see "Specifications".

To make the stall bars even more versatile, you can combine them with resistance bands or with our ULPU gymnastics rings. This way, you can perform a wider range of exercises, from assisted pull-ups to bodyweight rows. For children, we recommend ULPU MINI gymnastics rings.

The frame of AARNI stall bars is made from sustainably produced, glued solid birch wood. The rungs are made of solid birch wood, and the upper section is made of durable birch plywood.

You can choose between eight different color variations of AARNI stall bars:

The birch color is treated with a clear lacquer.

AARNI stall bars are designed and manufactured in Finland. They are designed to support an active lifestyle without compromising on design or sustainable values.

The stall bars are mounted to the wall via two support boards. The package includes screws suitable for mounting the stall bars to the most common types of concrete walls or wooden studs behind a drywall. Make sure you use screws appropriate for your walls. FitWood always recommends hiring a local expert to install the stall bars to ensure proper and safe mounting.

Please note that a slight bend will spare the joints of the stall bars when used frequently. Children should only use the stall bars under adult supervision.

AARNI stall bars come with a two-year warranty (one year for semi-commercial and commercial use). Furthermore, we do our best to offer spare parts even after the warranty has expired.
