The Pilates roller is constructed with a wooden rod against which the stacked foam discs are tightened. Compared to the most popular Finnish Pilates rollers, the Foam Roller 85 is made of three times denser foam. This means it weighs and carries the same volumetric amount of foam material and three times more compared to the raw material of a regular domestic softer Pilates roller. The material is also slightly elastic, so your fingertip sinks a few millimeters if you press the Pilates roller.
