Mia was commissioned to create Renfjället, with Arvidssons Textil requesting a reindeer pattern in a mountain setting where one could glimpse the Lapponian Gate in the background. We believe the task was executed exemplarily.
MiaLotta Arvidsson-Mars is Arvidssons Textil's own designer. As one might gather from her surname, she is also a third-generation Arvidsson. All of Mia's patterns are hand-painted as sketches before being prepared for printing. This is a craft we are very proud of and one that few can perform today. Mia's inspiration often comes from nature.
