Auroom x EOS Alta is a floor-standing electric sauna heater with a clean, cubic design for saunas where the heater can be a distinct part of the interior. The series is available as a Dry version for traditional saunas and a Humid version with an integrated steam generator.

Product information

First, choose Dry or Humid based on the desired sauna experience, and then the correct power for the sauna's dimensions. Auroom x EOS heaters are used with compatible EOS controls; check the control system, electrical connection, and safety distances in the installation instructions for the selected model.

Shipping

Free shipping within Sweden when you spend at least SEK 499. For orders under SEK 499, shipping costs SEK 79. Different shipping costs may apply to certain products or delivery options. The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before purchase.

Upon delivery

Check the packaging when the delivery arrives. If there is visible transport damage, photograph the packaging before opening it and keep it until the issue has been documented.

Returns & right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for remote purchases. Contact VillaHome before returning an item, and we will provide you with the correct return address and practical instructions. The return address may vary depending on the product and delivery option.

If you already know that you want to withdraw from the purchase, we recommend that the item, if possible, remains unused and is returned well packaged, preferably in its original packaging. This is a recommendation for smoother handling and not a general condition for the right of withdrawal. When exercising the right of withdrawal, you are normally responsible for the direct return cost in accordance with our terms of purchase.
