Auroom x EOS Mura is a wall-mounted electric sauna heater for small and medium-sized saunas. The series is available as a traditional Dry version and as a Humid version with a steam generator, so you can choose between classic dry sauna heat and a more humid sauna experience.

Product information

First, choose between a traditional heater and a model with a steam generator, and then the right power for the sauna. Auroom x EOS heaters are used with compatible EOS controls; check the exact control system, electrical connection, and safety distances in the current installation instructions before mounting.

Shipping

Free shipping within Sweden when you spend at least SEK 499. For orders under SEK 499, shipping costs SEK 79. Different shipping costs may apply to certain products or delivery options. The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before purchase.

Upon delivery

Check the packaging when the delivery arrives. If there is visible transport damage, photograph the packaging before opening it and keep it until the issue has been documented.

Returns & right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for remote purchases. Contact VillaHome before returning an item, and we will provide you with the correct return address and practical instructions. The return address may vary depending on the product and delivery option.

If you already know that you want to withdraw from the purchase, we recommend that the item, if possible, remains unused and is returned well packaged, preferably in its original packaging. This is a recommendation for smoother handling and not a general condition for the right of withdrawal.
