Effect:

This product is used to lower the pH value in hot tub or pool water. Bathing water should have a pH value between 7.0 – 7.4. Within this range, the most effective action of spa & pool chlorine is guaranteed without side effects.

Instructions for use and dosage:

Check the pH value at least twice a week and immediately adjust any deviations from the ideal value (primarily, control is needed before dosing spa & pool chlorine). A pH value >7.4 can cause discoloration of the water, making it milky and cloudy, reduce the effectiveness of pool & spa chlorine, cause a chlorine smell, or irritate eyes or skin. A pH value <7.0 can lead to increased corrosion of the hot tub or pool's metal parts, fading of colored material, and irritation of eyes and skin. To lower the pH value by 0.2, add 15g per 1 m3 (1,000 l) of water (hard water often requires a higher dose). Dissolve the calculated dosage thoroughly in water in a plastic bucket and slowly pour it into your hot tub or pool with the filtration switched on. pH value measurement (using appropriate testing equipment) should be performed after thorough mixing in the hot tub or pool water. Repeat the procedure until the pH value is within the desired range. Until all powder has been thoroughly mixed into your pool or hot tub (with the help of filtration) and the pH value has been adjusted to the desired range, no person may enter the hot tub or pool!
Guidance: 250 g corresponds to approximately 150 ml.

DANGER:

Causes serious eye damage. Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Immediately call a POISON CENTER or doctor.

First aid:

If inhaled: Move the injured person to fresh air and keep them out until symptoms disappear completely.
If in contact with skin: Rinse immediately with water and wash with soap for at least 15 minutes. If irritation persists, seek immediate medical attention.
If in contact with eyes: Rinse immediately with open eyelids under running water for at least 15 minutes. Always seek medical attention.
If swallowed: Give the injured person 1 – 2 glasses of water to drink. DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING! Seek immediate medical attention.

Storage:

Store in a tightly sealed original container in a cool and dry place, away from alkaline materials and heat sources. Keep out of reach of children.

Warning:

Do not mix with other products. The manufacturer is not responsible for damages caused by incorrect use.

Warranty period:

2 years from the date of manufacture, provided storage conditions are met.

Disposal:

Do not pour the product into the sewage system; take it to a recycling center that handles hazardous waste. Rinse the empty packaging thoroughly with water. RETURN CLEAN PACKAGING TO THE DESIGNATED WASTE DISPOSAL SITE!
