Product intended for winterizing pools

Effect:

The product is used for winterizing outdoor pools, preventing the buildup of hard limescale deposits and making it easy to clean the pool at the start of spring. The product does not prevent water from freezing.

Instructions for use:

Prepare the pool at the end of the bathing season for winterization according to the manufacturer's instructions. Adjust the pH value to 7.0 – 7.4 before using the product. Continue to follow the instructions for pool winterization.

Dosing instructions:

Dose 1 L per 10 m3 (10,000 L) of water depending on the water's hardness (for water with a hardness above 15 °N, the dosage requirement is 2x greater). Dilute the desired dose with water in a 1:10 ratio in a plastic bucket and pour it along the edges of the pool.

Appearance and composition:

Slightly viscous liquid. Contains the active substance poly[(chloromethyl) oxirane-co-dimethylamine] < 100 g/L.

Warning:

Causes serious eye irritation. Very toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects. Keep out of reach of children. Wash hands thoroughly after handling. Avoid release to the environment. Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection.
IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists: Get medical advice/attention. Collect spillage. Dispose of contents/
container to a hazardous waste collection point!

First aid:

If inhaled: Move the injured person to fresh air and allow them to rest. If respiratory problems persist, contact a doctor.
If skin contact: Remove contaminated clothing and immediately rinse with water and continue. Wash contaminated clothing before reuse. Seek medical attention if irritation occurs.
If eye contact: Immediately flush with open eyelids under running water. Avoid contamination of the unaffected eye during rinsing (from the bridge of the nose outwards to the nose) and continue rinsing. If the problem persists, seek immediate medical attention.
If swallowed: DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING! Give the injured person 3–4 glasses of water to drink. Seek immediate medical attention.

Storage:

Store in a tightly closed original container in a dry and cool place at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Store separately from food, drink and feed.

Warning:

Do not mix with other chemicals. The manufacturer is not responsible for damages caused by incorrect use. Note: The product has proven algaecidal effects when dosed at 100 ml/m3
water every 5 – 8 days.

Warranty period:

24 months warranty, provided storage conditions are met.

Disposal:

Do not release the product into the sewage system. Dispose of unused or empty packaging with residues at a hazardous waste collection point! Rinse out the empty packaging thoroughly and dispose of it with municipal waste.
