Care Instructions

We spend a lot of time in our bathrooms and want them to be beautiful places with harmonious furnishings. In our range, we have created products in different categories that match each other in color to create consistency in the bathroom. We offer color themes in e.g. black, stainless steel, gold, bronze, and copper.

An electric towel dryer heats up by an electric heater element heating a liquid inside the towel dryer. Some models are pre-filled with the liquid upon delivery, while others are filled with deionized water during installation. When ordering an electric towel dryer, an electric heater element must also be selected. Electric heater elements are available for concealed or visible cable connections, as well as in different shapes and colors. There are also some towel dryers that are heated by an internal heating wire instead of an electric heater element. In such cases, the towel dryer is delivered complete with the heating function, and no electric heater element needs to be chosen. Examples of such towel dryers are Snake, Asket, and Spiro.

Returns & right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for remote purchases. Contact VillaHome before returning an item, and we will provide you with the correct return address and practical instructions. The return address may vary depending on the product and delivery option.

If you already know that you want to withdraw from the purchase, we recommend that the item, if possible, remains unused and is returned well packaged, preferably in its original packaging. This is a recommendation for smoother handling and not a general condition for the right of withdrawal. When exercising the right of withdrawal, you are normally responsible for the direct return cost in accordance with our terms of purchase.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply to certain products, for example, goods that have been manufactured according to your individual instructions or given a clear personal character. The fact that a product is a special-order item does not in itself mean that the right of withdrawal is forfeited.
