We spend a lot of time in our bathroom and want it to be a beautiful place with harmonious decor. In our range, we have created products in different categories that match each other in color to create consistency in the bathroom. We offer color themes in, for example, black, stainless steel, gold, bronze, and copper.

An electric towel warmer gets warm because an electric heater heats a liquid in the towel warmer. Some models are filled with the liquid already upon delivery, others are filled with deionized water during installation. When ordering an electric towel warmer, an electric heater must also be selected. Electric heaters are available for hidden or visible cable connection and in different shapes and colors. There are also some towel warmers that are heated with an internal heating wire instead of an electric heater. In these cases, the towel warmer is delivered complete with the heating function and no selection of electric heater needs to be made. Examples of such towel warmers are Snake, Asket, and Spiro.

Returns & right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for remote purchases. Contact VillaHome before returning an item, and we will provide you with the correct return address and practical instructions. The return address may vary depending on the product and delivery option.

If you already know that you want to withdraw from the purchase, we recommend that the item, if possible, remains unused and is returned well packaged, preferably in its original packaging. This is a recommendation for smoother handling and not a general condition for the right of withdrawal. When exercising the right of withdrawal, you are normally responsible for the direct return cost in accordance with our terms of purchase.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply to certain products, for example, goods that have been manufactured according to your individual instructions or given a clear personal character. The fact that a product is a special-order item does not in itself mean that the right of withdrawal is forfeited.
