Freja-Smart is a special flower box with a water collection container at the bottom, which helps plants better withstand dry periods.
The flower box has a double bottom and an overflow pipe.
Water collects between the two bottoms; the container has a capacity of 12 liters.
Excess water drains from the flowerpot through the overflow pipe.
When filling the flower box with soil, a layer of lightweight aggregate (approx. 5 cm) should be placed on top so that the soil does not block the bottom openings and the plant roots can reach the water.

Made from Finnish-produced corten steel.
Corten steel is almost like pure carbon steel, but specially treated so that the surface forms a durable layer against weather conditions.
The surface is reddish-brown (the color tone resembles rust) initially but darkens over time. When used correctly, corten steel is durable, long-lasting, and maintenance-free, and resists time in a unique way.
COR-TEN® products can be left outdoors all year round, and covering them over winter or storing them is not necessary.
