The plancha fits the following GrillSymbol grills: Chef, Chef-XL, Chef-NXS, Naked Chef and Naked Chef XL. Fits larger models (L and XL sizes) of ceramic grills (Big Green Egg, Kamado Joe, etc.)

With a burger press, you can prepare homemade burgers or the best steak and grill them on a hot plancha! A strong and handy burger press allows you to press a burger or steak against a hot cooking surface, so that the heat helps the meat cook evenly.

Before use, the surface of the plancha is silver-colored stainless steel.

Over open flame, at a temperature above 450C, the stainless steel surface darkens. Weld marks may be visible in the corners of a newly manufactured plancha, which become less noticeable with use.

The plancha and burger press made of stainless steel can be washed in the dishwasher.
