The GrillSymbol griddle is made of stainless steel and has a high rim, which provides excellent frying properties.
It enables quick preparation and serving of food for many diners.
The griddle is an excellent tool when you want to cook outdoors, such as meat, fish, vegetables, and rice dishes.
The GrillSymbols Pro-960 inox griddle is Grillsymbol's largest griddle, almost 1 meter in diameter with a robust construction and a thick-bottomed 5mm stainless steel pan with a 50mm rim, electric ignition, and a very powerful burner.
This makes it a popular griddle among home cooks and barbecue party organizers.
Around the burner, there is a unique triple wind protection that keeps gas consumption down as it protects against wind and reduces heat loss.
The PRO-960 inox makes it possible to prepare dishes from fresh ingredients and semi-finished products. Only your imagination sets the limits; the flat bottom profile together with the 4cm high rim and the lid makes heat retention easy and allows for the preparation of many different dishes such as smoking, stewing, and steaming. The pan is designed for 50-80 portions.
