With Darwin & Agustin for ten people, you get a cohesive dining set in smoked oak and dark brown tones. Darwin's long tabletop features oak veneer with a distinct wood grain, while ten Agustin chairs in smoked oak frame the table. Their sand-colored fabric seats contrast with the dark wood, and the curved backs create a softer line along the large table.
What sets this particular package apart from the Darwin set for six people is that all ten Agustin chairs are included. The table is 240 cm long to begin with and can be extended in two stages to 290 or 340 cm with the included extension leaves. Therefore, do not just look at the longest tabletop, but also at the space required for the ten chairs when the table is extended. The loose leaves also need a protected storage place when the table is used in its shortest configuration.
The included Darwin table consists of MDF and oak veneer, not solid oak throughout the tabletop. The ten Agustin chairs feature smoked oak and sand-colored polyester-upholstered seats and are delivered fully assembled. The table needs to be assembled, and the two extension leaves are included. Plan for ten chairs
This package is designed for a large dining area with ten matching seats. The table is 240 cm in its basic configuration and can be extended to 290 or 340 cm. Plan for both the width of all the chairs and for passage behind them in the longest configuration. A six-chair version is sold separately.
Textile seats and dark brown oak veneer
Carefully vacuum the sand-colored textile seats using a furniture nozzle and blot spills without rubbing. Do not use harsh chemicals or wet the seats. The table's veneer is cleaned with a soft, well-wrung cloth and dried afterwards, especially around edges and joints. Use coasters for hot, wet, or scratching objects.
Assembly and storage
The Darwin table is assembled according to House Nordics' instructions. The two loose insert panels need to be stored dry and protected when not in use. The Agustin chairs are delivered assembled; check the table's stability and the panels' attachment before placing weight on the table.
