Terracina from House Nordic is a lounge chair for the patio where acacia wood, rope details and a beige seat cushion create a natural look. The wooden frame has clear lines while the rope inserts give a airier feel than a fully upholstered armchair. The cushion is included in the basic version, so you do not need to look for a separate cushion to use the chair as the manufacturer shows it.
A seat to build a patio area around. Terracina works as a freestanding lounge chair on the terrace or together with other low outdoor furniture. The brown wood tone and beige cushion can be combined with a smaller outdoor table for coffee or a book. Since the chair is not a dining chair, it is primarily the low, deep seat that determines how it fits together with other furniture.
Compare the dimensions before you choose. The chair is 86 cm wide, 78.5 cm deep and 72 cm high. The seat height is 41 cm and the seat depth 62 cm. Feel free to compare with a lounge chair you already sit comfortably in, and mark the chair's outer dimensions where it will stand. Leave free space in front of the seat and space around any tables, so that the seating area works even when several people use the patio.
The materials require different care. House Nordic specifies acacia, rope and steel in the construction as well as polyester in the fabric. Wood and rope should be cleaned gently according to the respective surface material, while the cushion needs to be handled as furniture fabric. The product has a net weight of 15 kg and a maximum load of 110 kg. The chair is delivered unassembled and needs to be assembled according to the manufacturer's instructions for the correct article.
One chair or a whole lounge group? This product includes one Terracina lounge chair with cushion, article 7101020. If you want to furnish a complete seating area for two, there is also a Terracina lounge group with two lounge chairs and a side table at VillaHome. The group is an alternative to buying individual chairs, not an accessory that is included or needs to be purchased separately. Always check which parts are included in each product.

Choosing the right chair: dimensions and seating position
Terracina measures W 86 × D 78.5 × H 72 cm. The seat height is 41 cm and the seat depth is 62 cm. These are the dimensions of a low lounge chair rather than a high dining chair. Compare it with other outdoor furniture in the same area and leave free space in front of the seat and around the outdoor table. Check whether the natural wood and rope construction suits your desired style.
Care for acacia, rope and steel
Remove loose dust and dirt from the wood and rope with a soft brush or cloth. Do not use hard scouring pads or abrasive cleaners on the rope weave or metal parts. Dry carefully and avoid letting water pool on the wooden surfaces. Do not treat the acacia with oil or varnish on your own initiative without first checking which surface treatment and care method the manufacturer recommends for this particular model.
How to care for the beige cushion
A cushion with polyester fabric is included. Carefully vacuum or brush the fabric with a soft nozzle. In case of spills, blot up the liquid with a clean, absorbent cloth without rubbing. Allow the cushion to dry if it has become damp and store it in a protected place for longer periods. Do not assume that the cover is removable, machine washable or waterproof without verified washing or material instructions.
Assembly and use
Terracina is delivered unassembled. Follow House Nordics' assembly instructions for item 7101020 and check that the fastenings are properly installed before using the chair. Place the furniture securely on a level surface and respect the specified maximum load of 110 kg. It is better to lift the chair when rearranging than to drag it across the outdoor flooring.
What is included and what are the alternatives?
You are purchasing an acacia lounge chair with rope details and an included beige cushion. A table and other chairs are not included. The separate Terracina lounge set includes two lounge chairs and a side table and is suitable for those who want to purchase a ready-made seating area for two. Therefore, compare the number of pieces and floor space before choosing between the lounge chair and the set.
