Kota Kuru with water tank combines wood-fired sauna heat with integrated water heating. The series is based on Kuru 20 and is available with the tank at the front, on the right side, or on the left side.

Benefits

Water is heated at the same time as the sauna is fired.
Three tank placements make it possible to choose the solution that best suits the sauna planning.
The same sauna capacity in all three versions makes the choice primarily a matter of placement.

Product information

Choose the tank placement according to how the unit will be positioned and how filling and draining will be accessed. The versions differ in external dimensions and tank volume, so check the variant table as well as the foundation, chimney, and safety distances before ordering.

Shipping

Free shipping within Sweden when you spend at least SEK 499. For orders under SEK 499, shipping costs SEK 79. Different shipping costs may apply to certain products or delivery options. The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before purchase.

Upon delivery

Check the packaging when the delivery arrives. If there is visible transport damage, photograph the packaging before opening it and keep it until the issue has been documented.

Returns & right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for remote purchases. Contact VillaHome before returning an item, and we will provide you with the correct return address and practical instructions. The return address may vary depending on the product and delivery option.

If you already know that you want to withdraw from the purchase, we recommend that the item, if possible, remains unused and is returned well packaged, preferably in its original packaging. This is a recommendation for smoother handling and not a general condition for the right of withdrawal. When exercising the right of withdrawal, you are normally responsible for the direct return cost in accordance with our terms of purchase.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply to certain products, for example, goods that have been manufactured according to your individual instructions or given a clear personal character. The fact that a product is a special-order item does not in itself mean that the right of withdrawal is forfeited.

Complaints

If the item is incorrect or damaged, contact VillaHome. Please provide the order number and describe the defect; photos can facilitate processing.
