Uter by Mauro Ferretti is a white LED pendant light with elongated, flowing lines and a wide, airy silhouette. Instead of a traditional shade, the light is integrated into the shaped structure. The lamp therefore has a graphic appearance even when it is switched off.

The wide format is suitable above an oblong dining table or in a room where the lines are allowed to take up space. Uter has integrated LED with three light colours, so no separate light bulb is needed. This sets it apart from pendants where the character of the light is instead chosen through a loose light source.

Placement and Light

Uter has a wide design with integrated LED and three light colours. No separate light source needs to be purchased. Place the luminaire where it has ample space around its curved lines and where the ceiling mount can support the load.

Installation and Cleaning

Follow the installation instructions provided with the exact luminaire. Electrical work must be carried out in accordance with current electrical safety regulations. Turn off the power before cleaning and wipe carefully with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid liquids near the LED modules and electrical components. If there is a fault with the LED lighting, the lamp must not be opened or repaired without professional expertise.

Upon delivery

Check the packaging when the delivery arrives. If there is visible transport damage, photograph the packaging before opening it and keep it until the issue has been documented.

Returns & right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for remote purchases. Contact VillaHome before returning an item, and we will provide you with the correct return address and practical instructions. The return address may vary depending on the product and delivery option.

If you already know that you want to withdraw from the purchase, we recommend that the item, if possible, remains unused and is returned well packaged, preferably in its original packaging. This is a recommendation for smoother handling and not a general condition for the right of withdrawal. When exercising the right of withdrawal, you are normally responsible for the direct return cost in accordance with our terms of purchase.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply to certain products, for example, goods that have been manufactured according to your individual instructions or given a clear personal character. The fact that a product is a special-order item does not in itself mean that the right of withdrawal is forfeited.

Complaints

If the item is incorrect or damaged, contact VillaHome. Please provide the order number and describe the defect; photos can facilitate processing.
