Narvi Pro Ultra Small is a robust electric sauna heater for small and medium-sized saunas where durable construction and separate control are prioritized. The series is available in two power levels and in black or stainless steel finishes.

Benefits

  • Two power levels make it easy to choose according to the sauna's calculated volume.
  • Black and stainless steel finishes provide options to match the sauna's other materials.
  • Separate control allows the control panel to be placed according to the installation's needs.

Product information

Choose 6 or 9 kW according to the sauna's volume and then the desired finish. The control unit and thermostat are sold separately for this generation. Check compatible control, electrical connection, and safety distances in the installation instructions before mounting.

Shipping

Free shipping within Sweden when you spend at least SEK 499. For orders under SEK 499, shipping costs SEK 79. Different shipping costs may apply to certain products or delivery options. The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before purchase.

Upon delivery

Check the packaging when the delivery arrives. If there is visible transport damage, photograph the packaging before opening it and keep it until the issue has been documented.

Returns & right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for remote purchases. Contact VillaHome before returning an item, and we will provide you with the correct return address and practical instructions. The return address may vary depending on the product and delivery option.

If you already know that you want to withdraw from the purchase, we recommend that the item, if possible, remains unused and is returned well packaged, preferably in its original packaging. This is a recommendation for smoother handling and not a general condition for the right of withdrawal. When exercising the right of withdrawal, you are normally responsible for the direct return cost in accordance with our terms of purchase.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply to certain products, for example, goods that have been manufactured according to your individual instructions or given a clear personal character. The fact that a product is a special-order item does not in itself mean that the right of withdrawal is forfeited.

Complaints

If the item is incorrect or damaged, contact VillaHome. Please provide the order number and describe the defect; photos can facilitate processing.
