Narvi Smooth is a tall, column-shaped electric sauna heater with a large stone compartment and a small footprint. The model is ideal when you want the stones to be a visible part of the sauna without the heater taking up unnecessary floor space.

Benefits

  • The column-shaped design combines a large stone compartment with a relatively small footprint.
  • Three power levels make it possible to size the heater according to the sauna's volume.
  • The heater can be built into the sauna wall with a compatible mounting frame when the sauna's design requires it.

Product information

Choose the power according to the sauna's calculated volume and then check the variant's control configuration. The safety distances vary between the power levels, so always use the installation instructions for the exact variant when planning the placement and electrical connection.

Returns & right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for remote purchases. Contact VillaHome before returning an item, and we will provide you with the correct return address and practical instructions. The return address may vary depending on the product and delivery option.

If you already know that you want to withdraw from the purchase, we recommend that the item, if possible, remains unused and is returned well packaged, preferably in its original packaging. This is a recommendation for smoother handling and not a general condition for the right of withdrawal. When exercising the right of withdrawal, you are normally responsible for the direct return cost in accordance with our terms of purchase.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply to certain products, for example, goods that have been manufactured according to your individual instructions or given a clear personal character. The fact that a product is a special-order item does not in itself mean that the right of withdrawal is forfeited.

Complaints

If the item is incorrect or damaged, contact VillaHome. Please provide the order number and describe the defect; photos can facilitate processing.
