Narvi Velvet Electric is an electric sauna heater with a round column shape and a large stone compartment. It is ideal for those who want a design-oriented heater where the stones are a prominent feature of the sauna and where the model can be integrated into the wall with a compatible mounting frame.

Benefits

The large stone compartment provides the conditions for long-lasting, soft sauna steam.
Three power levels make it easier to size the heater according to the sauna's volume.
The two-part casing makes it easier to access when placing the stones.

Product information

Choose the power according to the sauna's calculated volume and then check the control configuration of the variant. The safety distances vary between the power levels and should be checked in the installation instructions for the exact variant before installation.

Returns & right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for remote purchases. Contact VillaHome before returning an item, and we will provide you with the correct return address and practical instructions. The return address may vary depending on the product and delivery option.

If you already know that you want to withdraw from the purchase, we recommend that the item, if possible, remains unused and is returned well packaged, preferably in its original packaging. This is a recommendation for smoother handling and not a general condition for the right of withdrawal. When exercising the right of withdrawal, you are normally responsible for the direct return cost in accordance with our terms of purchase.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply to certain products, for example, goods that have been manufactured according to your individual instructions or given a clear personal character. The fact that a product is a special-order item does not in itself mean that the right of withdrawal is forfeited.

Complaints

If the item is incorrect or damaged, contact VillaHome. Please provide the order number and describe the defect; photos can facilitate processing.
