Narvi Black is a series of wood-burning sauna heaters with a matte black finish and three sizes for different sauna rooms. The design combines a glass door, a generous stone compartment, and adjustable feet in a model range for traditional wood-burning saunas.

Benefits

Three sizes make it easier to size the heater according to the sauna room's volume.
The glass door makes the fire visible and helps you monitor the combustion.
Adjustable feet simplify installation on the surface.

Product information

Choose the size based on the sauna room's calculated volume, then check the heater's dimensions, weight, and safety distances in the variant table. The chimney connection and surface must be planned according to the installation instructions for the selected model.

Upon delivery

Returns & right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for remote purchases. Contact VillaHome before returning an item, and we will provide you with the correct return address and practical instructions. The return address may vary depending on the product and delivery option.

If you already know that you want to withdraw from the purchase, we recommend that the item, if possible, remains unused and is returned well packaged, preferably in its original packaging. This is a recommendation for smoother handling and not a general condition for the right of withdrawal. When exercising the right of withdrawal, you are normally responsible for the direct return cost in accordance with our terms of purchase.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply to certain products, for example, goods that have been manufactured according to your individual instructions or given a clear personal character. The fact that a product is a special-order item does not in itself mean that the right of withdrawal is forfeited.

Complaints

If the item is incorrect or damaged, contact VillaHome. Please provide the order number and describe the defect; photos can facilitate processing.
