Plastweld Floating Dock Ukko

The modular PW-dock has a robust size and construction.

It is a complete DIY package with assembly instructions/video with Swedish text on a memory stick. Delivered on a pallet, see the last picture.

The Ukko dock, also called "Teräs-äijä," floats for a long time.

The deck and gangway of the UKKO are surrounded by a strong hot-dip galvanized steel frame, in which the roller pontoons are mounted with stainless steel (RST) fasteners.

The construction is very sturdy and stable even in windy conditions.

The materials have been selected to last for generations.

Ukko can be easily moved on land with the ROLLERI pontoons.

Launching and retrieving the dock is easy.

In its basic configuration, the dock is supported by six easily rotating roller pontoons – two ROLLERI 1000 pontoons under the gangway and four under the deck.

The ROLLERI 1000 roller pontoons have a diameter of 60 cm and a width of 110 cm.

The roller pontoons are mounted with stainless steel fasteners.

Plastweld's docks are delivered in parts and are easy to transport.

The dock is constructed from modules.

In its basic configuration (gangway: 2 modules, dock deck: 3 modules), the dock's dimensions are: length 725 cm, width 370 cm.

UKKO, the flagship of Plastweld's docks, represents Finnish know-how at its best – the product has been awarded the Key Flag symbol.

Advantages:

• The dock's platform is made of Finnish pressure-treated wood.
• The pontoons are made of impact- and frost-resistant UV-protected polyethylene (PE).
• The pontoons are rotationally molded and therefore lack welded seams.
• The metal parts of the pontoons are made of stainless steel (RST).

• The dock package also includes all necessary screws and washers for assembly.

Shipping/Delivery:

The floating dock is delivered to the property line, where you, as the customer, are responsible for unloading. A forklift, wheel loader, or crane truck is preferable for unloading.

Therefore, make sure you are ready to receive the delivery at the time you booked with the driver, so that you are prepared to unload it from the truck with assistance, a pallet jack, or other aids that may be needed depending on the conditions at the location where you ordered the dock. The driver is not obligated to assist with unloading.
