SAWO infrared control is extremely convenient to use. You can choose between a separate interface + power control or have a built-in control that has both in one package. The control allows for adjusting room temperature, session time, lighting, and exhaust fan.

Infrared products have been shown to have several health benefits, both physical and psychological. The infrared sauna experience differs from the Finnish sauna experience, but they both share some similar health effects.

SAWO's infrared products use far infrared light, which has the longest wavelength and penetrates deeper into the body than shorter infrared rays. Far infrared heats the muscles and body from the inside out, making the sauna experience very different from a traditional Finnish sauna, which heats from the outside in. This typically results in very intense sweating, which cleanses the skin very effectively, improves muscle recovery, and speeds up blood circulation.

The air in an infrared sauna is lower than in traditional saunas, from 35-45°C to 55-65°C, as the panels do not heat the air as much as they heat the body. The infrared sauna is ready immediately after switching on, so there is no preheating time.
