SAWO Scandia Combi NS 3P-1P combines electric sauna heating with an integrated steam generator in a series available in several power levels and steam options. The 3P-1P version is suitable when the electrical installation needs to be planned with greater flexibility, while the NS control uses a separate compatible control solution.

Benefits

  • The steam generator makes it possible to switch between dry and more humid sauna sessions.
  • Multiple power levels and steam options make it easier to adapt the product to the sauna's needs.
  • Premium variants with auto-refill provide a more convenient solution when the steam function is used frequently.

Product information

First, choose the power level based on the sauna's volume, and then Standard or Premium depending on the desired water management. Check that the 3P-1P version is suitable for the planned electrical installation and follow the manual for control, water connection, and safety clearances.

Returns & right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for remote purchases. Contact VillaHome before returning an item, and we will provide you with the correct return address and practical instructions. The return address may vary depending on the product and delivery option.

If you already know that you want to withdraw from the purchase, we recommend that the item, if possible, remains unused and is returned well packaged, preferably in its original packaging. This is a recommendation for smoother handling and not a general condition for the right of withdrawal. When exercising the right of withdrawal, you are normally responsible for the direct return cost in accordance with our terms of purchase.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply to certain products, for example, goods that have been manufactured according to your individual instructions or given a clear personal character. The fact that a product is a special-order item does not in itself mean that the right of withdrawal is forfeited.

Complaints

If the item is incorrect or damaged, contact VillaHome. Please provide the order number and describe the defect; photos can facilitate processing.
