Stala Stainless Steel Mailbox

The Stala PL mailbox has a delivery slot with a generous opening so that even large newspapers fit through the slot, and mail is collected tightly on the sloping bottom.

A nameplate with engraving and two Abloy keys that can be serialized are included as standard.

Mounting:

The mailbox can be mounted on the house wall or on a freestanding stand.

The Post Office recommends that the box be mounted so that the height from the ground to the lower edge of the filling flap is 100-120 cm.

Stala mailboxes can be mounted in a group, min. 14 mm between mailboxes.

Free nameplate:

Engraved nameplates can be ordered in black or white.

The left side is for the name and the right side for the street address or apartment number.

If you have purchased a Stala mailbox, you will receive the first nameplate free of charge.

To order, you need a password that you will find on the sticker inside the mailbox.

Go to Stala's webshop and enter your password, and they will deliver the nameplate to you free of charge.

Warranty conditions for STALA products:

2-year product warranty Stala Oy grants all delivered Stala products a twenty-four (24) month warranty from the date of purchase.

The warranty applies to all products and associated components included in Stala Oy's delivery. The warranty applies provided that the installation, use, and maintenance instructions have been carefully followed. If not, the warranty is not valid.

10-year extended warranty for material and manufacturing defects concerning sinks, bowls, and splashbacks made of stainless steel.

All Stala Oy's stainless steel sinks, bowls, and splashbacks are covered by a 10-year warranty for raw material and manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

Scope of warranty:

The warranty applies to design, manufacturing, and material defects that arise during the warranty period. Wear and tear or scratches caused by use are not covered by the warranty. The warranty does not apply if the product is used for purposes other than normal, individual home use.

In case of a complaint, Stala Oy will replace the product covered by the warranty with a new, equivalent product. Any installation costs or similar are not reimbursed.

Limitations of warranty:

The warranty does not cover normal adjustment, maintenance, and cleaning measures described in the product installation and user manuals.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Careless handling or transport of the product
• Incorrect installation or on-site assembly of the product in violation of the installation or user manuals
• Negligence on the part of the user or use of the product contrary to its intended purpose
• Failure to follow the user manual or perform care or maintenance as instructed
• Use of inappropriate cleaning agents or chemicals
• Factors beyond the control of the guarantor, for example, if other products or materials have been installed in connection with the Stala product and whose installation required substances, chemicals, or tools that caused damage to the product

Actions if a fault has occurred:

A faulty product must not be installed. If you as a customer wish to complain about the product, you should immediately contact info@villahome.se. State the product model and type designation (the type designation is stated in the user manual or on the type sticker), the nature of the fault, and the circumstances under which the fault occurred.
