2-year product warranty Stala Oy grants all delivered Stala products a twenty-four (24) month warranty from the date of purchase.

The warranty applies to all products and associated components included in Stala Oy's delivery. The warranty is valid provided that the installation, use, and maintenance instructions have been strictly followed. If not, the warranty is not valid.

10-year extended warranty for material and manufacturing defects concerning stainless steel sinks, bowls, and splashbacks.

All Stala Oy's stainless steel sinks, bowls, and splashbacks are covered by a 10-year warranty regarding raw material and manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

Scope of the warranty:

The warranty covers design, manufacturing, and material defects that occur during the warranty period. Wear and tear or scratches caused by use are not covered by the warranty. The warranty is not valid if the product is used for purposes other than normal, private home use. The warranty does not apply to products used outdoors or in humid environments.

In case of a complaint, Stala Oy will replace the product covered by the warranty with a new, equivalent product. Any installation costs or similar are not reimbursed.

Limitations of the warranty:

The warranty does not cover normal adjustment, maintenance, and cleaning measures described in the products' installation and user manuals.

The warranty does not cover damages caused by:

• Careless handling or transport of the product.
• Incorrect installation or on-site assembly of the product in violation of the installation or user manuals.
• Negligence on the user's part or use of the product contrary to its intended purpose.
• Failure to follow the user manual or perform care or maintenance as instructed.
• Use of unsuitable cleaning agents or chemicals.
• Factors beyond the control of the guarantor, for example, if other products or materials have been installed in connection with the Stala product and whose installation required substances, chemicals, or tools that caused damage to the product.

Actions if a defect occurs:

A faulty product must not be installed. If you, as a customer, wish to complain about the product, you should immediately contact info@villahome.se. State the product model and type designation (the type designation is indicated in the user manual or on the type label), the nature of the defect, and the circumstances under which the defect occurred.
