Delivery

Returns and right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with VillaHome's terms and conditions for standard products. The product must be returned unused and in a condition suitable for resale. Please check the dimensions and installation method before installation.

Shipping

Free shipping within Sweden when you spend at least SEK 499. For orders under SEK 499, shipping costs SEK 79. Different shipping costs may apply to certain products or delivery options. The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before purchase.

Upon delivery

Check the packaging when the delivery arrives. If there is visible transport damage, photograph the packaging before opening it and keep it until the issue has been documented.

Returns & right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for remote purchases. Contact VillaHome before returning an item, and we will provide you with the correct return address and practical instructions. The return address may vary depending on the product and delivery option.
