This top-hung roof window has a white interior finish of Everfinish™ – a wooden core with a white polyurethane coating RAL 9003 (NCS S0500-N). The perfect choice for roof windows that are within easy reach, the Everfinish™ interior finish makes it optimal for damp rooms such as kitchens or bathrooms. This roof window is completely maintenance-free!
VELUX top-hung roof windows are operated with a handle at the bottom of the sash and remain open in any position up to an angle of 45°, creating an unobstructed view and a feeling of increased space.
The roof window has a 3-pane (68) cassette with laminated safety glass on the inside for high personal safety and tempered glass on the outside with a U-value of 1.1 W/m²K. For window cleaning or other maintenance, the roof window is opened with the grip bar and rotated 180° and locked in that position.
These roof windows are suitable for installation in roof pitches from 15° to 75° when installed with VELUX flashing kits. Installation in roof pitches of 56°-75° requires special springs.
The roof window is prepared for VELUX sun protection.
For a complete window, certain options are required:
