These fantastic thermopool blocks are perfectly fitted, giving you a stable pool that does not require glue between the thermopool blocks or supports on the sides when casting the pool, unlike most other thermopool systems.
These thermopool blocks are 125 cm long and 30 cm high, which means the joints are staggered, giving you a much more stable and better flow for your construction. As these thermopool blocks are 125 cm, there are 5 sections per block, allowing for better overlapping joints.
Fjordpool thermopool blocks have the same hardness on the inside as on the outside, which means you can choose which side faces in when constructing your thermopool. This saves an incredible amount of work with any post-treatment of damaged blocks, which can easily occur during transport or assembly.

Shipping.
When ordering this thermopool, shipping to the property line is included.
As a customer, you need to be home when your thermopool arrives so that you can inspect the goods and report any deviations or damages during transport to the transport company.
It is important that ALL damages to goods are reported and documented via photo for any potential claim to be made.
The carrier will notify you of the day and approximate time they will deliver your thermopool. It is important that you answer the carrier's call or message so that delivery is booked.
When you receive your thermopool, it is important to inspect it for any transport damage before you approve the transport. If there are visible damages, this must be noted on the waybill. Damages must be photographed before any unpacking and sent to us no later than the day after delivery. Email should be sent to Info@villahome.se
Should hidden damages exist, this must be reported to Villahome within 3 days of receiving the goods.
- Shipping to the property line applies to drivable roads for a truck and to addresses with land connection. Of course, we can deliver thermopool to islands with ferries or bridges, but an additional cost will apply; contact us for more info.
Installation.
When ordering a thermopool, excavation instructions and assembly instructions are sent. We also have assembly videos to help you as a customer with the installation of your thermopool.
A self-inspection form is also included, which you, as the customer, should fill in as your pool project progresses. Once your thermopool is installed and started up, you send the signed self-inspection form to Info@villahome.se
This must be done for the warranty to be valid.
Warranty.
Fjordpool provides a 10-year material warranty on our thermopool frame unless otherwise stated in their terms and conditions. There is a 10-year warranty on your pool liner with a 10% age deduction per year. It is important that you continuously check your pool water and document this for any warranty claims. Your products must be installed according to Fjordpool manuals and used and maintained according to Fjordpool's maintenance guide, and water quality must be tested regularly and documented.
Defects in products must be reported immediately upon discovery.
Fjordpool provides a 2-year warranty on technical equipment such as circulation equipment, heat pumps, salt chlorinators, and pool covers. Your warranty begins on the date your goods are delivered and assumes that you have followed the installation and maintenance guides. Fjordpool has a material warranty, so the warranty applies to the repair of the delivered item or a replacement item. In the event of an approved warranty claim, the damaged item will be repaired if possible; if not possible, a replacement product will be sent. The buyer is responsible for the disassembly and reassembly of the claimed item. In the event of an approved warranty claim, Fjordpool covers the shipping costs.
The warranty does not cover:
- Labor costs or related expenses
- Damages that occur during installation or your work with or around your thermopool.
- Damages caused by incorrect water values (such as chlorine, pH, salinity, and cyanuric acid) or excessively high temperature. Maximum temperature is +28C.
- Frost damage caused by incorrect winter storage.
- Consumables or wear and tear items such as gaskets, lamps, shaft seals, probes, or salt cells.
- Damages caused by power surges or power outages, such as lightning strikes or incorrectly wired electrical installations.
- Any consequential damages resulting from a faulty product.
- Compensation for costs such as crane truck, tanker truck, water, assembly work, travel, or loss of income.
Limitations of liability.
Any claims for compensation against Villahome may not exceed the invoice amount for the sold products. Industrial disputes, illnesses, natural disasters, war, mobilization, currency restrictions, material shortages, lack of transport, defects in deliveries from subcontractors, etc., or other circumstances beyond our control that affect agreed prices and the fulfillment of the delivery entitle the seller to wholly or partially cancel the agreement without obligation for the seller to pay compensation.
