These fantastic thermopool blocks have a perfect fit, giving you a stable pool that does not require glue between the thermopool blocks or supports on the sides when casting the pool, as is often the case with most other thermopool systems.
These thermopool blocks are 125 cm long and 30 cm high, which means the joints are staggered, resulting in a much more stable and better flow in your construction. Since these thermopool blocks are 125 cm, there are 5 sections per block, which provides a better opportunity for overlapping joints.
Fjordpool's thermopool blocks have the same hardness on the inside as on the outside, which means you can choose which side faces in when constructing your thermopool. This saves a lot of work with any post-treatment of damaged blocks, which can easily occur during transport or assembly.

When ordering this thermopool, shipping to the property line is included.
As a customer, you need to be home when your thermopool arrives so that you can inspect the goods and report any discrepancies or damages during transport to the transport company.
It is important that ALL damages to goods are reported and documented with photos for any claim to be made.
The carrier will notify you of the day and approximate time they will deliver your thermopool. It is important that you answer the carrier's call or message so that the delivery can be booked.
When you receive your thermopool, it is important to inspect it for any transport damage before you approve the shipment. If there are visible damages, this must be noted on the waybill. Damages must be photographed before any unpacking and sent to us no later than the day after delivery. An email should be sent to Info@villahome.se
Should hidden damages be present, this must be reported to Villahome within 3 days of receiving the goods.
- Shipping to the property line applies to drivable roads for a truck and to addresses with a land connection. Of course, we can deliver thermopools to islands with ferries or bridges, but an additional cost will apply. Contact us for more information.
Installation.
When ordering a thermopool, excavation instructions and assembly instructions are sent. We also have assembly videos to help you as a customer with the installation of your thermopool.
A self-inspection form is also included, which you, as the customer, should fill in as your pool project progresses. Once your thermopool is installed and started up, you send the signed self-inspection form to Info@villahome.se
This must be done for the warranty to be valid.
Warranty.
Fjordpool provides a 10-year material warranty on their thermopool frame, unless otherwise stated in their terms and conditions. There is a 10-year warranty on your pool liner with a 10% age deduction per year. It is important that you continuously monitor your pool water and document this for any warranty claims. Your products must be installed according to Fjordpool's manuals and used and maintained according to Fjordpool's maintenance guide, and the water quality must be regularly tested and documented.
Defects in products must be reported immediately when discovered.
Fjordpool provides a 2-year warranty on technical equipment such as circulation equipment, heat pumps, salt chlorinators, and pool covers. Your warranty begins from the date your goods are delivered and assumes that you have followed the installation and maintenance guide. Fjordpool has a material warranty, so the warranty covers the repair of the delivered item or a replacement item. If a warranty is approved, the damaged item will be repaired if possible; if not possible, a replacement product will be sent. The buyer is responsible for dismantling and re-assembly of the claimed item. If a warranty is approved, Fjordpool covers the shipping cost.
Warranty does not cover:
- Labor costs or related expenses
- Damage incurred during installation or your work with or around your thermopool.
- Damage caused by incorrect water values (such as chlorine, pH, salinity, and cyanuric acid) or too high a temperature. Maximum temperature is +28C.
- Frost damage caused by incorrect winter storage.
- Consumables or wear parts such as gaskets, lamps, shaft seals, probes, or salt cells.
- Damage caused by power surges or power outages, such as during lightning strikes or incorrectly connected electrical installations.
- Any consequential damages resulting from a faulty product.
- Compensation for costs such as crane truck, tanker truck, water, assembly work, travel, or loss of income.
Limitation of liability.
Any claims for compensation against Villahome may not exceed the invoice amount for the sold products. Industrial disputes, illnesses, natural disasters, war, mobilization, currency restrictions, material shortages, lack of transportation, errors in deliveries from subcontractors, etcetera, or other circumstances beyond our control that affect agreed prices and the fulfillment of the delivery entitle the seller to completely or partially cancel the agreement without obligation for the seller to pay compensation.
