Hawkes has a low, softly rounded silhouette where the armrests follow the shape of the back and the sand-colored fabric upholstery runs across the entire piece. Two cushions are included and can be moved between the seats. The curved shape sets Hawkes apart from more angular two- and three-seater sofas, even though it still provides a straight seating area.

An important detail when choosing Hawkes is that the sofa's overall width is not the same as the seating width between the armrests. The rounded sides take up space in the design, something you need to take into account if you are comparing it with a straighter model. How to choose the right size

Hawkes has external dimensions of 190 × 96 × 74 cm, but a seat width of 148 cm. Compare the seat width with the sofa you have today if it is important how many people fit side by side. The sofa is delivered fully assembled, so also check the clear width of the doors and the passage through the hallway and stairs before ordering. The packaging is 94 × 192 × 76 cm according to House Nordic.

Care for the fabric upholstery

Vacuum the sofa carefully with a clean, soft furniture nozzle and be particularly careful around the seams. Blot spills quickly with a clean, absorbent cloth instead of rubbing. Avoid soaking the padding and always test any specialized fabric cleaner on a hidden area first. Protect the furniture from prolonged strong direct sunlight.

Two cushions and choice of seating group

Two matching cushions are included with the sofa. Distribute use by fluffing and moving them as needed. If you want more seats in the same style, you can compare with the Hawkes lounge chair or the series' sofa and armchair set, which are sold separately. No assembly is required for the sofa itself.
