Top-hung roof windows are the perfect choice when installing roof windows within comfortable reach. The roof window is operated by a handle at the bottom of the sash and remains open in any position up to an angle of 45° so you can enjoy an uninterrupted view.

This top-hung roof window has an internal finish of high-quality white-painted pine, RAL 9003 (NCS S0500-N), requires low maintenance and is prepared for VELUX sun screening.

The roof window features a triple-glazed (68) unit with laminated safety glass on the inside for high personal safety and toughened glass on the outside with a U-value of 1.1 W/m²K. For window cleaning or other maintenance, the roof window opens with the gripping bar and rotates 180° and locks in that position.

These roof windows are suitable for installation on roof pitches from 15° to 75° when installed with VELUX flashings. Installation on roof pitches 56°-75° requires special springs.

For a complete window, certain optional extras are required:

Flashings: Must be purchased for the window to be installed.

Linings & Vapour Barrier: Should always be chosen as an option.

Insulation & Collar: NOTE! These are already included in most "Flashing" packages.
