Osaka in smoked oak from House Nordic has a long, softly rounded tabletop with the wood grain visible through the darker brown tone. The ribbed base provides a distinct vertical structure against the wide horizontal top. Unlike the round extendable Osaka in the series, this model is elongated even when no extension leaves are used.
The table is 200 cm long in its everyday configuration and can be extended with two included extension leaves. With one leaf, the length becomes 250 cm, and with both, 300 cm. This makes the model particularly interesting for a larger dining area where you already want a long table, but sometimes need additional continuous surface area for guests and serving.
The smoked finish allows the grain of the oak veneer to show in a different way than the all-black Osaka version. The top consists of oak veneer and MDF and is not solid oak. A dining table with two extension leaves is included; chairs are sold separately. The table is delivered unassembled and requires space for both chairs at full length and secure storage of the extra leaves.

Space requirements for an extendable long table
Osaka in this rectangular model is 200 cm long even without the extension panels. Use one panel for 250 cm or both for 300 cm. Plan walkways and chairs based on the longest table length. If you need a smaller round base format, other Osaka models are available for sale separately.
Care for smoked oak veneer
Wipe up spills immediately and clean carefully with a soft, well-wrung cloth. Also wipe dry around the panel joints and edges. Protect the surface with coasters under hot, wet or scratching objects. Avoid standing water, harsh cleaning agents, abrasive sponges and treatments intended for untreated solid wood. Dust the ribbed base with a soft cloth or brush.
Panels, assembly and handling
The two extension panels are included. Handle loose panels and fittings carefully and store the panels flat, dry and protected when not in use. The table has a net weight of 69.24 kg and is delivered disassembled. Plan for help when carrying in and lifting, protect the veneer during assembly and follow the assembly instructions for item 2202986. Check that the panels and base are securely attached before the table is used.
