Osaka from House Nordic has a round top in natural oak veneer and a conical central base with closely spaced, vertical ribs. The wood grain on the top brings the light surface to life, while the ribs create shadows around the wider base. This makes the table's base as distinctive a part of the design as the top itself.
The round shape is ideal when you want to arrange seating around the same table surface without corners. The central base creates a cohesive look, rather than four separate legs at the edge of the top. Osaka is constructed from oak veneer and MDF, not a solid oak tabletop.
This is the smaller, fixed Osaka model in natural. It has no extension panels. The same series also includes a larger round model and special extendable tables for those who need to change the size. These are sold separately. A dining table without chairs is included, and the table is delivered unassembled.

Veneer and slatted center pedestal
Wipe the top with a soft, well-wrung cloth and dry immediately afterwards, especially along the edges. Wipe up spills quickly and use coasters for hot or abrasive objects. Carefully clean the slats in the pedestal with a soft brush or cloth to prevent dust from getting trapped between them. Avoid standing moisture and harsh or abrasive cleaning agents.
Choosing an Osaka model
This is the fixed, round Osaka table in the smaller size. If you want a larger top or extension option, other Osaka models are available for purchase separately. No insert tops or chairs are included with this table.
Assembly and placement
Osaka is delivered unassembled. Protect the veneer surface during assembly and use the assembly instructions for item 2203010. Check that the top and pedestal are securely attached and that the table is stable. Leave enough space to pull out chairs around the entire top.
